India issues 1331 commercial pilot licenses up to June 30

The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has issued 1331 commercial pilot licenses in India up to June 30 this year. This increase is attributed to the government's efforts to promote aviation and provide training opportunities for aspiring pilots. The DGCA also reported a decrease in the number of polluted river areas in the country, which may be linked to improved environmental regulations.
