Police officials found dead in separate incidents
Tripura Director General of Police (DGP) Anurag Dhankar was found hanging in his office. Tripura has formed a three-member team to investigate the unnatural death. In a separate incident in Telangana, a police constable died by suicide at the Telangana DGP office. A suicide note was reportedly found at the scene.
