West Bank Violence: Four Palestinians, Two Israelis Killed in Clashes

Four Palestinians and two Israelis were killed in separate incidents in the West Bank. In one event near Nablus, Palestinians claim villagers were attacked by settlers, while the Israeli military stated a Palestinian stole a weapon and fired on hikers. Following this, Israeli troops rounded up Palestinians in a village, and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ordered the construction of new West Bank outposts. In a separate incident, Israeli forces raided a hospital and shut off Nablus. Violence in the West Bank has escalated since the October 2023 Hamas attack on Israel.
