Delhi High Court dismisses copyright plea against OpenAI's ChatGPT

The Delhi High Court has dismissed a copyright infringement lawsuit filed by ANI against OpenAI. ANI had alleged that OpenAI used its copyrighted news reports without permission to train ChatGPT. The court ruled that storing ANI's works by OpenAI did not constitute copyright infringement and that an interim injunction would cause irreparable injury to OpenAI and the public.
