Anurag Jain Appointed NITI Aayog CEO, Ashok Lahiri Vice Chairperson
The central government has appointed Anurag Jain, a 1989-batch IAS officer, as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of NITI Aayog. Economist Ashok Kumar Lahiri has been named the Vice Chairperson of the NITI Aayog. Jain's tenure as CEO is for two years.
