Delhi Police FIRs, RAF Protocols Reviewed Amidst Protests

Delhi Police filed FIRs against individuals and X (formerly Twitter) for protest-related posts, demanding user information and content removal. The RAF has reportedly barred the use of pellet guns and electric shock devices, adopting NATO protocols for crowd control. This comes after allegations of excessive force during a protest march, which led to injuries among 47 RAF personnel. The CRPF is conducting a post-analysis of the RAF's actions. Additionally, 16 additional CRPF companies are being deployed in Delhi, with 83 CRPF and RAF companies expected to remain until August 15.
