Vietnamese Ship Sinks in South China Sea, Dozens Missing
A Vietnamese cargo vessel, the Khoi Nguyen 18, sank in the South China Sea near Yongshu Reef. Chinese state media reported 23 people missing and 39 rescued. Other reports state 17 or 18 people are missing from the vessel, which carried 62 Vietnamese nationals. Rescue operations are ongoing.
