Bihar politician Tejashwi Yadav issues ultimatum over brother's arrest
Tejashwi Yadav, leader of the Rashtriya Janata Dal, has issued a 24-hour ultimatum to Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary. Yadav demanded the immediate release of his elder brother, Tej Pratap Yadav, who has been sent to 14 days of judicial custody. Patna police have registered a case against Tej Pratap Yadav under serious charges, including attempt to murder, as per the Indian Justice Code (BNS) Section 109. Tejashwi Yadav stated that if his brother is not released, they will launch a large-scale protest.
