Cyber fraud victim awarded compensation; police investigate investment scam

Separately, a businessman was duped of ₹1.21 lakh in an online gaming investment fraud, with police launching an investigation into the matter. The victim in the investment scam was reportedly lured by promises of high returns through a fraudulent gaming app, leading to multiple bank transfers.
