Bar Council of India Orders Nationwide Law College Inspections
The Bar Council of India (BCI) has ordered a nationwide inspection of law universities and colleges. The BCI directed universities to verify infrastructure, faculty, and administrative facilities, and to submit reports. Additionally, the BCI instructed these institutions to cease impermissible weekend and evening classes. The inspections aim to improve the quality of legal education across the country.
