IndiGo flight lands in Rajkot due to smoke alarm

An IndiGo flight traveling from Mumbai to Dubai made an emergency landing in Rajkot, Gujarat, on Saturday. The diversion was prompted by a smoke detection alarm originating from the cargo section of the Airbus A320 aircraft. All 170 passengers and 8 crew members on board were safely evacuated. The airline confirmed the incident and stated that the aircraft was being inspected. No injuries were reported.
