India's Telecom Subscriber Base Reaches 134.8 Crore in June
India's telecom subscriber base grew to 134.8 crore (1.348 billion) in June, according to data released by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI). Broadband users surpassed 1.08 billion during the same period. Bharti Airtel was reported to be leading the growth in subscriber numbers.
