Newly Built Dehradun Bridge Approach Road Collapses After 16 Days
An approach road to a newly inaugurated bridge on the Dehradun-Paonta Sahib Highway collapsed following heavy rainfall. The incident occurred 16 days after the bridge opened to traffic. Officials stated that the bridge structure itself remains safe, but the approach road was washed away. An investigation has been ordered to determine the cause of the collapse.
