Schools to Receive Funds and Awards for Performance
The government has announced significant funding and awards for government schools. In one initiative, 80,375 schools will receive a total of ₹296.64 crore. Additionally, schools achieving a 100% result will be rewarded, with some reports stating principals will receive ₹1 lakh each, and others mentioning a ₹5 lakh prize for the schools themselves. A new Dhanvantari Medical University is also planned for Ujjain.
