Parliamentary panel flags Bangladesh border concerns, recommends joint mechanism
A parliamentary committee has identified illegal migration from Bangladesh as a serious concern, recommending the establishment of a joint mechanism between India and Bangladesh to address it. The committee also alerted the central government to China's growing influence in Bangladesh, advising round-the-clock monitoring of the border.
