J&K Govt Approves Gas Agency for Pellet Victim After 8 Years

The Jammu and Kashmir government approved a gas agency for Insha Mushtaq, eight years after a commitment was made in 2016. Insha, who lost her eyesight at age fourteen due to a pellet gun incident during protests, has since learned Braille and is pursuing higher education. The approval was granted on Thursday, fulfilling a rehabilitation pledge.
